MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Many of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed. Please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

Orders go through a production process before they are ready to ship.

Processing and production times may vary depending on the product and our fulfillment partner. We will provide updated processing and production timeframes as they are confirmed.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES

Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping options may vary depending on the products in your order, fulfillment location, and destination.

TRACKING

Once your order has been produced and handed to a carrier, you will receive tracking information when available.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the fulfillment source.

Do not be alarmed if you receive part of your order before the rest. Each item will be tracked separately when tracking is available.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

At this time, I Like Those Trees ships to U.S. domestic addresses only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
